In order to understand what you envision your vacation to be, we’ll first meet on your complimentary, no-obligation consultation call. I’ll answer all your questions and we’ll discuss also my itinerary designing fee, which depends on the length and complexity of your trip.
You’ll Receive Your Proposal
Once the itinerary designing fee has been paid, I’ll begin the research to create your initial custom itinerary. We’ll work together making corrections and additions, such as excursions and activities. Once that’s finished, I will book and manage all of your travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transfers, tours, spa and dining reservations, and what we need to complete this one-of-a-kind vacation experience.

Before your journey begins, I’ll connect with you to confirm and finalize all of your travel details. You’ll receive a detailed itinerary via handy app that outlines each detail including travel confirmations, real-time flight updates, personalized restaurant recommendations, sight-seeing suggestions and more. You’ll also receive a hard copy of your itinerary for easy access as well. Remember, I’m here to support you, so please don’t hesitate to contact me if you need me.
